Class Information

BEACON offers English for Speakers of Other Languages, Citizenship classes, and when possible tutoring for students such as native English speakers learning to read.

Classes are offered in-person in Manassas and Manassas Park or online, via Zoom. Each 12-week class meets twice a week for two hours each class. Each 12-week class costs $80. New students receive a textbook, returning students use the same book until they advance to the next level. Students must come to an in-person registration to enroll. At registration, students will receive a reading and speaking test to ensure that they are placed in the best English language level.
